At Grayson Homes, our Service Policy is to deliver outstanding customer service and to satisfy your expectations. Most questions and repairs will be resolved at your Homeowner Orientation walk-through and are discussed in your Homeowner’s Manual. We return calls to you in twenty-four hours, meet with you at your home no later than seven days and resolve your issues within twenty-one days.

Grayson Homes prefers all service request to be in writing. We want to ensure your issues are entered into our Customer Relations Management System. This enables our Managers to effectively follow-through on your request until it’s completed to your satisfaction.
