Grayson Homes builds high-quality homes that are low maintenance, energy efficient, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. We look at the needs for the whole house when delivering an eco-friendly home. Owners of a Grayson Home can expect no drafts and low energy bills.

Energy Star Certified Homes have been built and inspected to meet energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).   A home that meets EPA’s strict energy efficiency requirements achieves this level of performance through a complete package of building science-based energy efficiency systems and measures that are third–party verified by a Home Energy Rater.
