Pricing is based on many factors, including square footage, number of floors, architectural style, specialized options you choose, etc. With that being said, we can help fit your home design to your budget.
Q: Do you have any warranties?
A: Yes, we do a 30-day emergency warranty service to address any urgent needs that may come up after you move-in. We advise our customers to live in their home for 30 days and comprise their “emergency list” for us to take care of the items that you notice. Additionally, we have a 1 year warranty for items that may not be urgent or impacting the living conditions in the home.
